How do I use VoxDraft?

Simply open the app, tap the record button, and speak naturally. When you're done, choose your desired format (Summary, Email, To-Do List, Meeting Notes, or Blog Draft) and VoxDraft's AI will transform your voice note into clean, formatted text.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device settings. On iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → VoxDraft → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → VoxDraft → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by VoxDraft. For iOS: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android: visit play.google.com/store/account. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple/Google's policies.

Is my voice data secure?

Yes. Your voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored after transcription. We use OpenAI's API with zero data retention settings, meaning your audio and transcripts are not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What are the limits on the free plan?

The free plan includes 5 voice notes per day, with a maximum recording length of 2 minutes per note. You have access to all 5 output formats. Upgrade to VoxDraft Pro for unlimited notes and unlimited recording length.

What languages does VoxDraft support?

VoxDraft supports over 50 languages for speech recognition, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, and many more.

Can I use VoxDraft offline?

VoxDraft requires an internet connection to process your voice notes, as the AI transcription and formatting happens in the cloud. Your recordings are sent securely to our servers for processing.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by visiting our Account Deletion page at voxdraft.io/delete-account. All your data will be permanently erased within 30 days of your request.
