VoxDraft is a voice note application that converts speech to formatted text using AI technology. The App provides various output formats including summaries, emails, to-do lists, meeting notes, and blog drafts.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

VoxDraft offers a free tier with limited features (5 notes per day, 2-minute maximum recording).

4.2 VoxDraft Pro

VoxDraft Pro subscription (£4.99/month, £39.99/year, or £79.99 lifetime) unlocks unlimited notes, unlimited recording length, and priority processing.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to the respective platform's policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoxDraft to:

  • Record conversations without consent where required by law
  • Process illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

VoxDraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoxDraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoxDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoxDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
